Mais con Yelo is one of the best local coolers during summer just like halo-halo. It is mix of shaved ices, sweet corn kernels, milk and sugar..very easy, right??!! you can have anytime in the comfort of your own home.
Ingredients:
Shaved Ices
1 can cream corn
Corn Kernel
Sugar
Evaporated milk
Corn flakes
Procedure:
1. Prepare tall glass.
2. Put in cream corn, corn kernel, sugar and shave ices.
3. Place another layer.
4. Top with evaporated milk and corn flakes
Since you can easily adjust the taste as you preferred I don't put any measurements on the ingredients.
