Juicing for Healthier Living II





As I'm into juicing now a days - let me share to you guys my juice recipe which I tried last week. It consist of apple, orange, half lemon, 2 nos. of cucumber, carrot and a thumb of ginger. This taste so good with a little kick of spice of the ginger.

Well, if you're not convinced  of the taste then you should just consider the health benefits you can get in those wonder fruits and vegetable:

Apple juice  : Prevent Digestive problem; helps treat anemia; prevent Arthritis; help reduce bad cholesterol; help lose weight.

Orange juice : Vitamin C for antioxidant protection and immune support; protection against cardiovascular disease; good source of fiber (with the pulp); prevent kidney stone.

Cucumber juice : Keeps hydrated; flushes out toxins; aids in weight loss; revives the eyes; stabilize blood   pressure; helps digestion, good for diabetic.

Ginger juice : Aids in digestion; immune boosting and germ fighting abilities; ease nausea, morning sickness, and motion sickness; stimulate blood circulation; cancer fighter.

Carrot juice : Reduce cancer risk; good for eyes; helps to lower cholesterol level, goof for fertility.
